Happy Birthday to Our Puppies!

Just two years ago our goldens birthed 9 gorgeous puppies. Hard to believe they are growing so quickly -- two years old -- and almost out of their puppy years. (However, I am not sure that goldens ever leave their puppy years!).

The pups were born on July 7, 2007 around 7PM. All sevens! We even made the front page (yes, front page) of the local newspaper. We are very happy to report that all 9 pups found terrific homes and continue to live with their owners.

One of my puppy buyers was kind enough to forward photos to me of Sulley's second birthday. The next post will offer a view of Sulley as a cute and mischievous puppy and Sulley as a refined two year old.

It's so nice to be back and writing about my second favorite topic. It used to be my very favorite until February. That's when our first grandchild was born, so my pups were relegated to second place! More about my beautiful grandson later.

I promise to get some two-year-old Tucker pics to you guys right away! I'm sorry that it has even taken me this long!! He's absolutely, positively, the happiest dog I have ever met! We love him soooo much. I am on vacation next week and I promise to get those pics to you! Thank you for Tucker, he is a wonderful friend. -Lani
